Premium USB switch. USB 2.0 speed which is more than enough to connect Mouse, Keyboard, USB Microphone and USB webcam. The switch interchanges input between 2 computers by pressing just a button. The button is tactile and feels premium. It's worth the money. There's an USB 3 version of this at a higher cost if you want to connect high speed peripherals like an external SSD.

I've bought Ugreen before, and I'm always happy with their products. Great price, great quality, and really easy to use. Definitely recommend their products. This switch is perfect for what I wanted which is to be able to use a mouse and keyboard between my work computer and my home computer without the hassle of having to unplug and re-plug the USB constantly. This switch comes with everything you need. Just plug the two USB cables to the back of the switch and then into your two computers, and the 4 ports on the front can be used for your devices. The button on the top switches between computers and there's even a handy light on top to let you know which computer they're currently connected to. Fantastic!

If you work from home and have a work laptop you hook up to your main monitors, this is a must. I have a monitor switcher and all my usbs connected to this and it works amazing, i can switch between my computers with ease and don't need a double keyboard and mouse anymore for my work laptop and personal PC. I dont see any lag or issues when gaming.

I ordered and returned 2 different KVMs before I ordered this one. It works for my mouse and keyboard, which is all I need.

Was a little difficult to figure out but after installing the power cord to the product it works fine, it does take a little time for each computer to find and install the unit.

I was happy enough with the first one that I bought that I purchased a second for another site. It has worked very well in both locations allowing for easy transfer of USB devices to the selected computer. So for quite satisfied.

It's good for the price. However, it doesn't connect to my newly bought Razer mini keyboard, abit disappointed.

People who work with 2 PCs and would like to use 1 set of peripherals for both. Think no further. There is no better solution other than this. If you just want to use your wireless keyboard (Mechanical included) and a wireless mouse (for gaming/work). This will work flawlessly without any input lag. Just ensure the switch is close to the keyboard and mouse for a more seamless experience. In my case. I have double-sided taped and stuck the USB switch right under my table (right below the area where my keyboard sits) The experience has been amazing. Because of the short transmission range. my Keyboard's battery life has also improved. There is almost no lag while switching over devices. Do not think further if you're in the market for this particular requirement.

Due to working from home I have my personal PC and my work laptop setup at the same workstation. I had two sets of keyboards and mice on my desk but that just got in the way. I started just unplugging and plugging in from one to the other but I didn't want to wear out the connectors and with my new PC the USB's weren't in the most convenient spot to do it regardless. This switch was the perfect solution. As long as you have a convenient spot to put the switch to access the button it's a great product. It would be better if there was a remote control option where it can be hidden away but it's not a major detractor with my current setup.

Why didn’t I look into this sooner? Since the pandemic like so many, I’ve been working from home. I had two sets of keyboards and mice on top of my small, limited space desk between my personal pc and work laptop! One set is wired and the other is wireless set. I eventually got rid of the wires set and was swapping the USB between the two pcs but it was a pain reach the rear of my personal pc. I started researching some type of device to help I didn’t quite know the device name I needed. After looking at several switches, I chose this one based on more positive reviews vs negative. This was an EASY set up! One side of device has two USB ports for one of each of your pcs to connect to. Cables included. Other side has 4 USB available where I plugged in my wireless mouse and keyboard to, see my photos. Voila! Nothing else to do except switch between the two pcs by pressing the top “switch” button between the two. Only a second lag time. This has saved me a headache to unplug and plug into my pcs when i needed to use that PC.

This product works fine as I expected. No power cable needed. Simple operation just pushing one toggle button. and inexpensive device. I like this.

I have a laptop and a PC gamer, and to be able to change between work and gaming with just one button is just perfect. I just need to plug whatever I need to the USB ports, in my case the keyboard and mouse and connect the other usb to the laptop and the PC. It works as magic. If you ever need to change between 2 devices as me, it's the best product.

Switching speed is fine. It does its job. Being small puts jacks on both sides making cable management impossible. There are 2 small lights that are close together that indicate which it selected. It would be nice if there were different colors. But like I said, it does its job.

Very easy to use. If you are using 2 computers and you want to switch external mouse and keyboard and some other slow speed device then this is perfect pick. It comes with long USB to USB cables so very easy to connect 2 computers with cable managment. really happy with it, very easy to use setup and performance. Build quality is very good.

I have two computers connected to my gaming screen... and wanted to get rid of the extra keyboard and mouse. The device works well enough for normal computer use, but about every 2 minutes the mouselook and keyboard inputs freeze for about 4 seconds, which is all the time it takes for you to accidentally wander out of cover, not be able to aim... and get shot in the head :p Do not take this device into battle!

It works well. It wasn't working for me when plugged into an external USB hub but that's because it needed the USB power.if you have disconnecting issues make sure to plug in the USB power and check your USB cable to make sure it can handle enough current/power.

It works as advertised for me. I am sharing keyboard and mouse between 2 computers and it has been working great. Easy set up and easy to use. I have been using it for a month now with no issues.

I switch between my desktop and my laptop. Originally ran a keyboard, mouse, USB microphone (FIFINE), and a DAC/Amp (Fiio E07K). With all four connected, there were some issues. Sometimes the DAC did not switch and required to be disconnected/reconnected. My keyboard would hold strokes, and the mouse would not move every 4-5 seconds. This was prior to connecting external power to it, so I just assumed that was the issue. Despite adding power from an outlet, I still had the same issues. Disconnecting the DAC/Amp resolved all my issues. Keyboard and mouse work as expected, and the mic works just as well. I still have the external power connected. I currently have the DAC/Amp on a separate cable connected directly to either computer. I swap that around depending on what machine I'm using. Unfortunate, but a minor inconvenience given how much less manual swapping I have to deal with.

There seems to be a lose connection after a few months of use. my devices get disconnected and then connected again and again.

Not much to say as it is switching perfectly and works as expected. My one gripe is that my desk is next to a window and with the light coming in (not direct sunlight), I can only tell if it's on USB or USB2 by shading the LEDs with my hand and bending over and getting pretty close. First World problem to be sure, but I have to do that every time if I need to make sure it's switched correctly.

It does the job what it is made for. handy too. Sometimes system doesnt recognize the USB. it has some issue with which system is currently working or shutdown. required some refinement in the product. bit expensive for its work.

I experienced the same problem some others reported where some of the keystrokes are missed or get stuck typing a single letter over and over and the mouse pointer sticking as well. Was able to resolve the issue by switching the pc cord from a USB 2.0 port to a USB 3.0 on my computer.

I purchased this for use with a couple of Raspberry Pi mini computers. I'm using it to switch a single keyboard and mouse between the two. It works perfectly for my application. I've also tested it with a Mac computer with no issues

Got this set up and works great but seem to have an issue with disconnecting and reconnecting but only the computer noise indicating this is happening. So my computer is playing that usb sound over and over. No issue with actual connection I can see. Any advice is appreciated.

Have been using for approx 2 months now works fine.

It works as a basic keyboard/mouse KVM but that's about it. Worth noting that even the most basic of RGB on a mouse means the mouse doesn't power up initially, even with a power supply plugged into the switch. Having it plugged into power does not affect whether the mouse turns on or not so appears to be pointless to power it at all (i've not used it for hard drives etc though). To add to this there is noticeable EMI leak when the switch is given power, which affecting my DAB radio (and probably isn't very healthy for you). Finally, when a webcam is plugged into it the mouse and keyboard do funny things leading me to believe the EMI interference has an effect on those also.

I use same keyboard, mouse, Dell sound bar, and printer for both work and home computer and this works as advertised... Simply press a button and switch between the two... Have to switch via monitors via monitor interface, kinda a pain, but other devices that do that are a lot more expensive, For the price this is perfect for what I needed.

I use an Hd camera, a keyboard and a wireless mouse and everything just fits well and I can change to which computer I am sending the input devices… just beautiful.

The device is an economical KM/USB switch for two computers. I ultimately went a different route and did not end up keeping the device. However, I did test the device and it functioned as advertised. It switched my USB keyboard and mouse between two desktop towers with the push button on the device. While shopping around for solutions, this solutions seemed to be competitively priced compared to comparable solutions.

I use this device to switch between my work computer and my pc, and it works extremely well. I have two monitors and each are plugged into both computers, so I don’t use it for the monitors (or know if that’s even possible) but just for my mouse, keyboard and camera. And it works great! So much easier than unplugging my mouse and keyboard each time. And was extremely easy to set up and figure out.

Works great for my purpose, can seemlessly switch between two systems and no observable input lag.

I wanted to use my keyboard and mouse at the same time for two computers set up side by side and was researching for a while on how to do this. Originally I was looking for a splitter that would allow for my input devices to connect to both via usb. This switch does allow that, though not at the "same time." You do have to select one or the other via the switch. Aside from its designed task, it does give you access to extra USB ports. There are 4 ports and only 2 are being used. It is very easy for me to reach across my desktop and plug in a device to charge, or plug in a thumb drive to save a file instead of reaching underneath the desk on my hands and knees. I love this product and the price is right. No need in my opinion to pay more.

I work from home hand want to switch my peripherals between my home computer and laptop. This does the trick. However, you need to plug it into a 5V (standard USB ) charger. Fortunately I have one on my desk. Also, as others have said, I have to unplug and replug my generic mouse dongle. (update) I paired my mouse with a different dongle and it works fine :)

The product works most of the time, from time to time its not recognized by my pc but that might by the PCs fault. The reason it gets 3 stars is because the button is a little iffy and the fact that all the cables are on the same unit as the button makes it for a horrendously ugly unit. I have 6 cable going to the middle of my desk. I would look for a model with a dedicated button.

I wanted to use a single set of keyboard & mouse for 2 hosts (laptop, PC, streaming box, etc.) & it does the job perfectly (it has 4 input ports so you can use 4 different devices to connect to 2 hosts). It's compact & doesn't take much space. I have reduced 2 stars due to the cost for this made-in-China no warranty not returnable product so it is a hit or miss.

I have an all one computer with a large touch screen monitor and I built another for picture editing. I can use the monitor of the first with the second, saving a lot of time, money, and space. I don't need a second monitor, keyboard, or mouse. It works great.
