13.3 Arbitration If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ("HKIAC") in accordance with the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules then in force. The law of this arbitration clause shall be the applicable law of this agreement. The seat of arbitration shall be in Hong Kong. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in either Chinese or English.

13.4 Class Action Waiver To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

13.5 Consumer Rights Nothing in these Terms shall affect any mandatory consumer rights that you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
