Giveaway Rules

1. Organizer: The Giveaway is sponsored by UGREEN (the “Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Area: The Giveaway is open to eligible residents of European Union Member States, excluding Ireland.

3. Promotion Period: The Giveaway begins at 3:00 PM China Standard Time (CST, UTC+8) on October 14, 2026, and ends at 3:00 PM CST on November 1, 2026. Participants should calculate the corresponding local time for their location.

4. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.

5. Entry Requirement and Marketing Consent: To participate, entrants must submit a valid email address, which will be used to administer the Giveaway and deliver reward information. UGREEN may send promotional and marketing communications only where the participant has provided separate consent. Participants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time without affecting their eligibility or any reward already awarded.

6. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to participate. A purchase will not increase the chance of receiving any particular reward.

7. One Spin per Participant: Each valid email address is eligible for one Lucky Wheel spin and one randomly determined reward during the Promotion Period. Multiple submissions using the same email address will not result in additional spins or rewards.

8. Rewards: Rewards may include discount coupons and free gifts. Certain rewards require a minimum order value or the purchase of eligible products before they can be redeemed.

9. Reward Notification: Reward details will be displayed after the spin and/or sent to the email address submitted by the participant.

10. Reward Redemption: Rewards must be redeemed within the validity period and in accordance with the conditions provided when they are issued. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount coupon may be used per order. Expired rewards or coupons will not be reissued or extended.

11. Availability and Substitution: Free gifts are available while supplies last. If a gift becomes unavailable, UGREEN may substitute it with an item of comparable value. No cash alternative is available.

12. Fraud Prevention: Entries involving automated systems, bots, scripts, fraudulent accounts, false information, or other unauthorized or unfair methods will be disqualified.

13. Changes or Cancellation: UGREEN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, security issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect its fairness, integrity, or proper operation.
