If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please refer to the table following the policy for country-specific shipping details.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier issues.

Currently, we are unable to accept requests for specific couriers.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address or "unclaimed," please contact us for reshipment or refund.
