Everything work as expected. It works with Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra & Samsung Dex like a charm. I especially like ethernet port and many usb ports which allow me to connect full size keyboard, mouse and external disk at the same time to my phone. You can connect phone with a monitor via VGA or HDMI ports. Power delivery allow you to charge your phone while connected to the hub. The only thing on the cons side is HDMI frequency of 30 Hz, but there is a new model of the same hub which fix that flaw.

In principle a good hub with nice features. Unfortunately there is interference on the VGA connection when charging laptop through the hub pass through and sometimes the usb connection with my USB headset is dropped. Other connections work well.

it works as advertised and ratio price to value is very good. small, portable, sufficient for most laptops. To my understanding not suitable for gaming laptops as the power delivery can handle 100W (mine is 150W) - but that's ok, you just plug power supply directly to your laptop. For any regular laptop all is good.

Au début ça marchait assez bien.
Dès que j'ai branché mon téléphone ça crée une sorte de réinitialisation qui coupe tout pendant 2-5 seconde (écran, clavier souris, son, réseau). Très pénible.
De plus cet outil draine la batterie du laptop si on le laisse connecté (port usb alimentant les périphériques).
2galement de grosses saccades sur la souris par moment (sans pouvoir identifier les causes)
Au final, j'ai retourné le produit

TL;DR - Dinged a star for having usb3.0 at this price point, having an arguably useless VGA port, and for heat of device when used with charging passthrough. Honestly, this is an overall great product with more I/O features than most alternatives.
Amazing product for use with Steam Deck, and a good handheld alternative to a docking solution. The dual SD card ports are great for additional storage. It even has VGA out, which may be useful for people wanting to play emulators on a CRT. I docked one star for value because of the USB 3.0 ports; they're not 3.1+. Honestly not a huge deal. Docked one star from quality of materials; while the build is solid, it does get quite warm with the charging passthrough. Overall functionality I rate this as a four when taking features at face value. It does what it needs to, if a tad pricier than alternatives, and a tad slower on the USB (but 3.1+ itself usually comes at a premium, and alternatives lack the sheer I/O features of this). Cutting the VGA could save on cost; I mean, who besides dorks like me would actually use it? Even I probably won't use it because I own multiples of almost every retro system and have a dedicated room with CRTs for them.

En terminos generales es un buen producto se persive de buena calidad los materiales llevo usandolo 2 semanas aproximadamente hasta el momento he probado los USB,HDMI,Ethernet. Los USB los uso para conexion de Mouse,Teclado y Headset funcionan correctamente aun despues de varias horas, el puerto HDMI funciona bien no he probado la conexion a VGA. En cuanto al puerto de Ethernet este me ha dado problemas se conecta pero a los minutos de estar conectado se desconecta solo y vuelve a conectarse, para mi caso si es un problema ya que necesito estar conectado por escritorio remoto a otros equipos y esta desconexion hace que pierda tiempo, no se si es solo mi caso pero el puerto Ethernet ha sido un fallo, es por eso que adquiri un conectar USB a Ethernet.

I'm sad that the 2020 M1 Macs don't easily allow for multiple screens, so I settled on this.
I appreciate the audio jack and ethernet port, but wish it had a usb-c port for power.

O adaptador funciona muito bem. Excelente para utilizar e conectar dois monitores um via VGA e outro via HDMI. O HDMI só consegue atingir até 30Hz para 4K e 60Hz para 1080p. Todas as portas USB-A são 3.0 e uma entrada USB-C. Possui ainda entrada para fones de ouvido P3 e para MicroSD e SD. Excelente! Todo em alumínio. Recomendo muito!

The audio codec on this unit (via the 1/8th inch audio jack) is noticeable worse than my $9 USB-C->Audio dongle from Apple. I bought this hoping for a multi-purpose dock for my iPad Pro, but I can hear the sound difference (I usually can't hear such things, like different encoding bitrates etc). Returning. Instead going with a dock from Mokin that has a USB-C data-port so i can use the same dongle. Sounds better.

Llevo ya seis meses de uso de este producto, uso diario. He probado otros productos de esta marca y estoy altamente satisfecho.
Originalmente lo adquirí para conectar dos monitores, uno vía HDMI y otro VGA, no obstante, no lo conseguí en virtud de que la configuración del hardware del USB-C solo cuenta con un pin dedicado al video.
Es decir, es una limitación del USB-C en sí mismo y no del producto. Lo comento por si alguien piensa hacer lo mismo, cuando se conecta el HDMI y VGA únicamente se duplica la pantalla. Buena calidad en ambos casos.
Referente a la calidad de construcción, todo muy bien, y hasta el momento ninguna deficiencia. Lo recomiendo bastante.

When I bought this, although it had both HDMI and VGA ports it only allows synchronous display across both monitors (ie the same image). It does not allow for screen extension under Windows OS.
This, unfortunately was the sole reason for purchasing such a device.
This is not the item’s fault; but one of my own making, hence the value of 3. If you’re looking for a USB-C hub that allows you to extend your desktop across all monitors, then this is not the device for you.

La calidad física del HUB es excelente, el terminado del mismo y la carcasa del metal es muy buena, sin embargo, en Windows 10 no se reconoce automáticamente todos los conectores, especialmente los de video HDMI y VGA. El conector RJ45, los puertos USB y los lectores de tarjeta funcionan bien, pero en la página del proveedor no se ofrece el soporte necesario para resolver el tema del video.

Had been surprised when my new Ipad only had a USB C socket, and wondered how I would plug in headphones. That was easily sorted with an adaptor, but how could I charge the device at the same time?
I then spotted the other connections on this adaptor, and realised it was a game changer.
The HDMI out allows output to TV in 4K, USB connectors for the reading of files or playing video files from a memory stick, a USB C power input, and even a3.5mm headphone socket. It warms up, which I understand is normal.
Have not yet tried plugging in mouse and keyboard yet, but should be easy.
It transforms the use of a tablet with USB C. I am very pleased with the device.

Mostly works, but argues incessantly with the OS about displaying secondary screen. If you have a second adapter, forget about it. But even just using this one for an external display it periodically refuses to resynch video and leaves you with a blank screen. Would definitely not buy again.

Lo sto con IPad Pro 2018 e MacBook air M1 2020.
Nello specifico:
1) Connessione a tastiere midi, schede audio, strumenti digitali ad ora funziona perfettamente. Rileva tutto e non da perdite di segnale.
2) adattatore vga e hdmi per lavagne digitali, video proiettori, schermi. Nessun problema di sorta. Buona corrispondenza dei colori e dell'audio.
3) uscita Jack piccolo. Per non essere un'uscita professionale non è male.
Unico difetto il cavo che sembra molto rigido.

Llegó al otro día que lo compré y muy bien empacado. Funciona de forma excelente. Es práctico y fácil de llevar a todos lados. Se calienta un poco, pero es normal. Su efectividad es buena. Incluso uso casi todos los puertos al mismo tiempo. Aún no pruebo el puerto ethernet, pero espero me dé el rendimiento esperado. Le puse cuatro estrellas porque el jack de audio no funciona, pero en otras reviews también lo advierten.

Good value for the price and the ports I've tried so far (HDMI, USB) appear to work as expected. Exterior is aluminum and build quality seems decent. I had assumed this would come with a USB-C wall charger to power the dock. Without a charger, I still have to have the laptop's charger plugged in separately, defeating my intent of being able to plug in a single cable and be good to go. I see that UGREEN sells USB-C 100w wall chargers separately starting at $65...

I bought this to use with my 2021 iPad Pro, mainly for the 3.5mm audio port, which my current USB-C hub does not have. However, while all the other features of the hub functioned correctly as far as they were tested, the audio port had a problem in that as soon as a set of earphones were plugged into it, it promptly disabled all control of the volume on the host device. The volume buttons ceased to have any effect, the onscreen volume settings on the control centre and the app in use ceased to be displayed, and where there were inline volume controls on the earphones themselves, these also ceased to function.
This was a great shame, as in all other respects, this was a good-looking, solidly-made and fully-functional hub. I have other Ugreen products and have always found them to be very reliable, and in fact I use their USB-C to 3.5mm audio adapter to plug my earphones directly into my iPad, and a USB-3 to USB-C adaptor in conjunction with this to get around the problem of having no audio output on my existing hub. Here, no problem; I was just after a tidier arrangement with this new hub. Sadly though, I have had to return that for the reason described above.
I should just finally add that I also have access to a 2018 iPad Pro and found exactly the same problem with this one, so it is not just the latest incarnation which is incompatible with this hub.

I bought this as an upgrade from a different UGREEN USB-C dock, because I wanted an integrated Ethernet connector and an integrated 3.5mm audio out jack. Mostly, this works fine connected to my Macbook Pro, but the audio out doesn't work properly (no volume control), which makes it useless. It's fine otherwise. Don't know if I'd have bothered buying this, if I'd known.

Cumple con las expectativas, yo lo utilizo en mi Macbook Pro 2021 y en mi Ipad Air 4. El precio parece un poco elevado pero en las tiendas físicas por ejemplo en Apple -otras marcas- salen más caros, yo compré otro ahí. Obviamente hay otro más baratos en Amazon, pero no me quise arriesgar, esta marca es buena.

El producto funciona a la perfección, todos los puertos funcionan y bien, el único problema es que si el equipo tiene muy poca batería pueden dejar de funcionar algunos puertos, pero mientras esté cargada funciona a la perfección.
Yo la tengo en casa para poder llegar a conectar la laptop al monitor, mouse, teclado, etc y funciona bien, el problema es que el cable es tan corto que no puedo ocultar el dispositivo y queda sobre la mesa con todo conectado.

L'alimentation reste en fonction même quand l'iPad est refermé, écran éteint et sans ampli qui tourne. Il faut impérativement débrancher le hub. A part ce petit problème, hub très pratique qui fonctionne bien.
