Upon winning a prize, UGREEN will notify you via the email address you provided during the raffle. This will include your name, phone number, country, state/province, city, postal code, and street address. This information will solely be used for prize shipment and necessary communications related to shipping.
Due to the requirements of prize distribution, your shipping information may be transferred across borders to UGREEN's affiliated companies. We commit that all cross-border data transfers will comply with relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to signing the standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission, to ensure that your personal data receives equivalent protection in the receiving country.
We will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information and prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or leakage. Once we have completed the delivery of your gift, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized.
