1. Order Processing Time

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier issues.

Currently, we are unable to accept requests for specific couriers.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address or "unclaimed," please contact us for reshipment or refund.

If your package is damaged or lost, please reach out to us with supporting evidence so we can resolve the issue for you.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damaged items and the packaging to assist in the process.
