Works well for what I need but almost works great for what I want. I bought this to use with a KVM switch between two Macs and it works perfectly for audio in/out with my EarPods. It doesn’t work with controls on the EarPods, though, which I like using for quick volume adjustments.

Excellente qualité de son, permet d'éviter de débrancher à chaque fois le casque pour mettre l'enceinte, j'ai connecté la prise jack de l'enceinte à cette adapateur, depuis le pc je switch facilement entre l'enceinte et le casque ! plus besoin de s'embêter à débrancher/ rebrancher une des deux prises jack

L’audio de ma carte mère avait un souci de grésillement. Je n’avais pas envie de renouveler celle-ci et je me suis rabattu sur cette carte son usb. Reconnue immédiatement par Windows 10 et 11. Vrai plug and play. Pas de driver ni logiciel à installer. La qualité du son est plutôt bonne mais les puristes resteront sur leur faim. Suffit pour jouer sans souci.

Lo compre porque ya tenía muchos audífonos con micrófono que no son reconocidos en las laptops o PCs a la hora de usarlos con aplicaciones como Zoom, Teams y otros. Así que en vez de tener que gastar en otros audífonos más, simplemente conectas este dispositivo por USB al ordenador y tus audífonos con micrófono de conexión de plug. En automático los detectan las aplicaciones antes mencionadas y ya puedes utilizar el micrófono de tus audífonos. La calidad de audio es buena y mientras más versátiles sean tus audífonos más provecho le sacarás. Para mi caso en particular que ya tengo 4 diferentes tipos de audífonos, fue la mejor opción para no tener que comprar otro juego de audífonos más. Es un costo beneficio instantáneo. De hecho le gustó tanto a compañeros de trabajo que en la oficina ya compraron 2 más para utilizar en las sesiones de Zoom.

It turned out I did not need this after all, but I decided I will keep it for future use. Well-made and works as it should.

Output formats are 16 or 24 bit. 44.1, 48 or 96kHz sample rate Input formats are 16 bit 44.1 or 48kHz sample rate (mono, of course, as it's a 4-pole connector) Ugreen doesn't state the input formats, and when I asked prior to purchase they claimed it did 24bit 48kHz, which appears to be false from my above testing. That said, quality of input at 16 bit was low noise, and does not appear to have weird noise removal processing as I have observed in other cheap devices like this, making this one suitable for recording (eg for streaming, podcasts, etc). Noise floor was low enough, it's hard to test this reliably without the right equipment but it is comparable to the Apple dongle in terms of low noise. In comparison to the Apple dongle I've noticed that the Apple one has what appears to be aliasing in input where there are background high pitched noises at just over 10kHz and just over 20kHz frequencies - which could be my equipment, but I will say this Ugreen device does not have those. What this device does have (again, for capture/input) is a roll-off at around 19kHz, which is probably quite appropriate if a little conservative, but quite suitable for voice recording. Output wise I don't have testing equipment that can test it and my ears obviously can't tell 44.1 from 48 from 96 or 16 from 24. I've seen tests done of this device on YouTube that found it is not far behind the Apple dongle in quality, and beats it in one area which is channel crosstalk. Device identifies itself as from Huawei with chipset from KTmedia. Is Ugreen Huawei? I'm not aware of a connection so maybe it's just a quirk of the way the USB chip in this is licensed. Overall this has two huge benefits over the Apple dongle to me. Maybe three. First, it isn't flimsy. It's built well. Second, it seems to more reliably work over a hub hub. I wonder if it's related somehow to the Apple one being USB-C, which is kind of my third benefit - this one is USB-A making it easier to use on a home PC. I'm sure Ugreen also make a USB-C version or you could adapt it easily.

Mi si è rotto il jack cuffie del notebook e l'acquisto di questo è stato obbligato. E' il più piccolo in circolazione essendo solo un cavetto adattatore in confronto ad altri che hanno scatolette in plastica anche se piccole. Io utilizzo sempre una cuffia per il PC quindi lo lascio collegato alla cuffia senza pensare di avere "accrocchi" vari. Ottimo suono, anzi sembra più pulito.

Cable is solidly made, and sound quality is excellent. The cable sockets are tight and will not fall out. Also works well through a usb hub.

Audio jack on my PC became loose and useless. Using a USB for audio worked perfectly.

With USB the functionality increases especially where audio jack inputs are restricted to only one on most devices

It works perfectly with my Sony headphones under Windows 10. So I don't need to buy another USB headphones.

I bought this to connect an old set of wired Logitech speakers to my Firestick or Chromecast with Google TV. Both, of course, require USB hubs. These aren't a great set of speakers so it is difficult to say if sound quality would be affected on better speakers. All.I can say is that they seem to sound about the same as they always did and I'm not hearing any added noise. UGreen generally makes good stuff and this looks like a quality product. If it breaks or starts to act up, I will come back to update. EDIT - Got tired of the old speaker and ordered an Anker Soundcore Motion+. I couldn't get the Google stick to pair with it so I grabbed this and a cable and went wired. That speaker is great on BT but even better with this little soundcard DAC thing. I should have been asleep hours ago and ended up listening to music all night. Forget the BT. I'm leaving it wired.

I ordered this as a replacement for my hyperx cloud 2 sound card, everyone i game with says my microphone quality is significantly higher 4 stars instead of 5 since the cord is really short

There is nothing to dislike about this product. It does exactly as advertised. Turn ANY old pair of ear buds with a microphone into a GAMING HEADSET for your PC. I was extremely impressed when I tried out a REALLY old pair or iPhone ear buds. You know the ones that used to come in the box with iPhone 5/5s/5c/6/6s..... Well I tried a pair of those. I haven't heard my own voice sound so clear while doing a test recording. UNREAL! OMG also the little sound buttons on the iPhone earbuds ACTUALLY WORKS in Windows 10. I can adjust sound ON THE GO in games. IM STUNNED lmao. Now I can game with friends without having to spend $100+ dollars on a gaming headset. ALTHOUGH I know those gaming headsets would offer better sound and controls. But I don't need that. I just need sound and a microphone to talk to friends. THATS IT. And that's what this product does. Its plug and play. Oh YES another great selling point. Yes the cable is VERY short. Just use a USB extension cable and WHAM. you have like 6 meters of length with NO sound degradation to microphone OR ear buds. So if you need more length buy a USB extension cable Amazon Basics sells USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ones. But you only need a 2.0 one. I have both and this product is USB 2.0 so no reason for 3.0 extension. WELL DONE UGREEN. I have used your products for all sorts of extensions and audio help and you never let me down. Keep coming with the amazing products!!!

A simple, but effective connector so that I can listen to my pc via a usb input. My wired earbuds connection is at the back of my pc & of course my earbuds aren't long enough to go from the back to my ears. This connector allowed me to use a usb slot in the front & voilà, my earbuds were now at the perfect length for me to use.

I needed a USB Sound Card Dongle for my Amateur Radio applications running on a Raspberry Pi 400. Unfortunately on the Raspberry Pi 400 the USB sockets on the rear are at the minimum spacing, and thus anything wider than a standard USB 'A' plug device would overlap the adjacent socket. This adapter had a plug that is the standard width, and it fits perfectly leaving room for the adjacent plugs. In addition, the device is automatically recognised by the O/S, as it is certified for Windows 7/8.1/10 and Linux. In order to use the audio inputs and outputs a TRRS (Tip-Ring-Ring-Sleeve) adapter is required to break out the mono microphone and stereo audio signals, but these are inexpensive and readily obtainable. When used with my Windows-7 and Windows-10 laptops, once again it is automatically recognised and provides excellent sound quality on playback via either headphones or powered speakers. In this case, a standard boom microphone/headset with a TRRS plug fits perfectly, and requires no additional breakout adapter unless you wish to use a headset with separate headphone and microphone connections. The mechanical construction is excellent, with a substantial, well protected audio cable, terminated in a free socket that has a positive 'click' connection when the mating plug is inserted, it is not likely to accidentally come loose. All in all, an excellent, well-made accessory that performs its intended function perfectly.

Solid low-cost USB DAC/ADC with some convenient features. Sounds great. With a decent headset mic it delivers good voice call quality too. Good for Discord/Telegram/Skype calls, gaming, or music. Output rates are up to 9600hz/24bit (defaults to 4800hz/24bit on Windows), mic ADC up to 4800hz/16bit. The little DAC and AMP on this thing sound clear and it can definitely deliver more power than I'd ever want to my QC35. I don't have any measurements of output volume, but I tend to keep it under 20% on my QC35 depending on application volume. Inline volume and play/pause work from an iOS compatible headset cable. Win10 auto-installs the driver with no fuss as "KT USB audio device." Detects headphones plugged in and the Windows driver will switch audio device. This is a handy little USB sound card

The 3.5mm jack on my aging laptop has given up. Obvious solutions 1) go wireless, e.g. bluetooth headsets or 2) get new USB headset. Both solutions leads to yet another set of headphone that I dont need and dont want to spend money on. OR option 3) get this UGREEN USB to 3.5mm audio adaptor for under a tenner. Well, option 3 was the right call. This adapter works very well and I get to keep using my existing wired headphones. To get started, I am pleased to say it is literally plug-n-play. BUT remember, when you plug the USB into the laptop, you have to connect the headphone on the other end too (3.5mm), otherwise, Windows will not identify this adaptor as an audio device and wont install the drivers. The entire adaptor is 30cm, including the USB and 3.5mm socket. The cable is braided, not too thick that makes it hard to bend and not too thin like a cheap cable. The USB end is made of metal casing, with a matte finished coating. No sharp edges at all. The casing is pretty slim, it doesnt obstruct other USB ports when plug into the laptop. The 3.5mm socket is very too good, the headphone jack clicks in perfectly, not too tight or too loose. As for audio quality, it is very good too. I might even think it is better than the original 3.5mm on the laptop, but no way to really compare :p. There is no noticeable audio delay either on games or videos. And it is plenty loud too. Overall, looks, feels and works like a quality product.

Lo utilizzo per collegare le cuffie Pulse 3D alla PS5 e funziona benissimo, l' audio è molto buono e il volume è alto. Un po' basso invece quando lo utilizzo per collegare lo speaker bluetooth (sempre alla PS5)

Beim Musikmachen als DJ ist es Ideal wenn man den nächsten Titel via Kopfhörer schonmal vorhören kann, während über die großen Lautsprecher noch der aktuelle Titel läuft. Beim Laptop mit einer eingebauten Soundkarte ist diese USB Soundkarte zum Vorhören von Titeln eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Tonqualität ist super. Hat kein eingebauten Lautstärkeregler, kann aber über das Musikprogramm geregelt werden.

Tested this with SoundBlaster Play4 which is 3x more expensive. Tested both music and voice and mic. I tried to fault the sound quality (tested via earphones). Can only fault one thing: Volume 30 on SoundPlayer Play4 = Volume 50 on UGREEN. This won't be issue 90% of time; the rest 10% would be when have low audio and need all the amplification. PLUS: It's MIC has minimum white noise, and records my voice in a somewhat more pleasing manner then Sound Play4. SUMMARY: +1 point of MIC. +1 point for Sound Quality. +1 point for slightly longer cable. -1 point for being on the low volume side. Will be using this for Zoom webinars over SoundPlay4. In reality, makes such a small difference, that this review is nearly useless. Get either, can't go wrong.

My old HDMI monitor has no speakers and my aarch64 single board computer has no analog audio socket, so this was an ideal solution. Some distortion at high volume, that could be the 2x3 watt extern amplifier that I use. I will update this review when I find the root cause of the distortion.

Bonjour, j'ai acheté cette interface audio car mon entrée micro du portable est HS. Sitôt connecté les drivers se chargent et tout fonctionne nickel. Je l'utilise pour connecter un micro de mesures et franchement il n'y a rien à dire. Bref très satisfait ce cet achat que je recommande vivement ! Cordialement.

J'étais à la recherche d'une carte son USB pour profiter un peu plus du potentiel de mes enceintes. Lecture en ALAC 24 bits / 96 KHz sur Apple Music validée. Pour moins de 15 euros ça fait très bien le job ! Bonne qualité de fabrication, directement reconnu sous macOS, on peut régler le volume via le contrôleur du système ( pas le cas sur certaines cartes son).

I was using a Creative Labs digital HD USB interface then a Sound BlasterX G5. The first I had for years while the second I returned due to interface issues and constant snaps. Both cost $100+. The Ugreen USB adapter was less than $10 and sounds great. You have to use you PC interface to adjust the volume but it's still very worth it.

Got this to try out a non-Realtek option with support for higher-resolution audio playback than other basic ones. Compared to another brand adapter I've tried, the build quality seems better. The cord feels sturdier, the USB plug fits tighter. I haven't directly compared it with the Realtek-based one I've got, but sound quality seems decent at least. Depending on your application, it might not be as suited for mic use, however. It lacks any kind of mic boost option, so maximum mic volume isn't as loud. I bought it to try using with a headset but ended up deciding to just use it with a speaker that I was also going to need a USB sound adapter for. Nice little touch that it does disable/hide the mic device if no mic is present.

Ho la scheda audio sul Notebook difettosa (riesco solo a sentire ma non a parlare); con questa scheda audio esterna ho risolto il problema. Ora riesco a sentire (molto meglio che con la scheda del mio portatile) ed anche a parlare. Inoltre, dato che il cavetto è lungo circa 15 cm, non dà fastidio alle prese USB vicine e quindi riesco ad usarle tutte contemporaneamente. Come dispositivi hardware da collegare alla scheda audio si possono usare auricolari, cuffie, altoparlanti e addirittura anche soundbar. Io, ad esmpio, uso gli auricolari del mio Iphone.
