Unable to install the app, or features not working after installation?
Please check whether any third-party antivirus software is installed on your computer. Such software may block the installer or quarantine files during installation, resulting in installation failure or abnormal functionality. If any such software is installed, please disable it temporarily and then reinstall the app.
The mouse is not detected after installing the app?
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
  1. Make sure the mouse is powered on and in working condition, and that the correct connection mode is selected.
  2. In Bluetooth mode, check that Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and that the Bluetooth connection between the mouse and computer is working properly.
  3. In 2.4G mode, check that the receiver is connected properly.
Why does scrolling move too many lines in some Windows applications when Smooth Scrolling is enabled?
Due to compatibility issues with a small number of applications (such as WPS Spreadsheets), enabling Smooth Scrolling may cause more lines than expected to scroll at once. If this occurs, disable Smooth Scrolling in the software settings to restore normal scrolling.
