UGREEN Revodok Maxidok 17-in-1 Thunderbolt™ 5 Dockingstation – 8TB, Dual 6K/8K Display für Mac & Windows

It was a surprise that macos14 was not enough, but after updating it is working like a charm! Awesome product! I love it!!!!

I have test a lot of Dockings station but this one os the best for me. Multiples conections easy to install and the most interesting is that you can add more memory. It is really awesome and what decide me to try this one is because the ethernet port have 2.5gb, for people that have more internet this is the one you need to choise

Eccellente.

Really nice docking station which is working perfectly.
The LAN with2,5Ghz is so quick compare to my previous 1Ghz.
The possibility to add an hard disk inside is also a bid advantage. I use this disk with my MacBook and it's so quick with the thunderbolt 5.

I am very satisfied with the product, excellent choice👍👍

Everything works flawlessly, recommending

Perfect for my needs

Verified purchase. My one star is about the after sales process, not about a hardware fault: I never reached a technical problem, because I could not even complete a return.

Ordered 1 August, delivered 7 August. The dock did not fit my display setup, so on 10 August, three days after delivery, I exercised my EU right of withdrawal in writing (Article 9, Directive 2011/83/EU).

What followed: one single reply, on 11 August, offering me a 10,00 € gift card to keep the unit and asking for photographs of the product and the box. I sent them the same day. Then silence. Reminders on 12, 13 and 14 August by email, plus a ticket through the live chat on this website, all unanswered. On top of that, one of the support addresses UGREEN itself put in the thread bounces with a permanent 550 error, so part of their own support pipeline cannot even receive mail.

Five emails later I still have no RMA reference, no return address and no refund confirmation on a 371,45 € order, while the statutory 14 day window to ship the item back runs against me through no fault of my own. The product sits here complete, unused and in its original packaging, and the return is now registered with my payment provider.

For balance: I own a UGREEN 165 W power bank, a Nexode 65 W charger and a Revodok Pro 109 hub, and all three are genuinely good. That is exactly why I bought this dock. The hardware is not the problem. Buy from this store only if you are certain you will never need to return anything, because the returns process is where it falls apart.

I can't review the product as two weeks after the order, I'm still awaiting shipment despite it being EU to EU. The first one was held at customs and returned back to their warehouse, another one was shipped by UGREEN and it seems that its stuck once again at the country of origin.

We'll wait some more and we'll see. Would have been happy to pay extra for DHL Express to get next day delivery.

Amazing product. Really top quality and solved an issue I had been trying to fix for a year. Really very happy with this.

Comprehensive and visually appealing.

The product is awesome and has excellent build quality. The overall transaction was perfect, very fast and secure shipment.

The Docking Station is very smart, well conceived e beautifully designed.
It sits elegantly on my desk and works great. Thunderbolt 5 is big step forward. Ports are conveniently located and very easy to reach. Connected devices are powered correctly. The quantity of available ports is amazing: you can connect everything new or legacy. And the internal connector for NVME SSDs is an added bonus.
For the next version, may I suggest 10Gb Ethernet, instead of 2.5Gb

Super

A differenza di altri prodotti analoghi, al momento fa esattamente ciò che promette. Vedremo la durata nel tempo.

The dock has a ton of ports, this is very good.

But the fan sometimes starts and never stops anymore, can be fixed via firmware updates. I hope this doesn’t take too long.

Also my unit is always wobbling no matter where I put it (already tried different surfaces), for dock at this price point, it’s a bit disappointing.

Great product delicious looks and marvelous packaging. Easy to install EXCEPT when connecting it to an iMac(with inserted new drive in the ugreen) you must NOT connect anything to the ugreen ports Before the new disk has been recognized and initialized ! (This was not specified in the intall-manual)
But after that No problems and Great performance !
